Ane no Kekkon
Ch14 I like the realism. I get the MC's decisions. Cam't wait for more
Ookami No Ketsuzoku
Non is my bae. Just wow, dude! He was really devoted since young. I really liked how he wanted so much to tuck Akkun in him to make him stop crying.. I also wanted how he was very proactive in pursuing him instead of just being pushed around. The 2nd story was complicated and heartbreaking. C'mon, realistically speaking, it sucks if a husband cheats on you like that. I get that their marriage wasn't going well but they chose to stay in it for their child and they didn't have enough motivation or reason to get out of it so they just put up with it.. So when Tsukamoto found that reason, he decided to get on with the divorce. It sucks because there's a child involved, but I think it's better to leave and make the child understand than to pretend and deceive so as not to look bad. I mean, as the child grows up, he/she'd see how f*cked up people are. So yeah, initially I'd be so mad at the uke, but after thinking about it more, I realized how he wasn't happy anymore and it was pretty much pointless to stay. It's like, instead of turning into a monster, he'd better be off somewhere else. Aaand anyway, regarding Sou-chan, hmm so he used to be an uke for Max.. I guess he's a seke but a total seme for Tsuka. I liked Tsuka's devotion though I shed tears for him and my heart really hurt during those times that Sou refused to acknowledge his feelings more seriously, afraid that he'd be abandoned again.. I mean hey, even Max who wanted to play him hurt so much for him. Gahhh. Really. Also, I like it when an ex who interferes the relationship turns out to aim for his ex's current partner instead of the guy he used to date. XD I mean, it helps in making them realize how they're taking their partner for granted.
Yukidoke no Koi
Really liked the main story.. Not a fan of the one shot stories though. 1st oneshot: Well, they could be using each other.. Like, the uke knew what he did when he somehow used the seme as replacement for his unrequited love, then the seme intentionally got the uke drunk to get some action again.. 2nd one shot: It's very realistic. Both Asaya and Yuu were worried about being rejected and all the complications when they were students so they didn't confess their feelings.. So when they met again a decade later, feelings re-emerge, but unfortunately, Asaya already had a family and Yuu was living with his girlfriend/fiancee.. Asaya tried to make "them" happen since he could no longer control himself, but thankfully, Yuu got back to reality soon enough and clarified that it's already too late for them since there are more people directly involved if they pursued their "mutual unrequited love" if that makes sense. Ugh. Well, sometimes, love really requires timing.. Too bad for them, but even though I like Shounen Ai/Yaoi so much, I still wouldn't tolerate it if they cheated. Well, I mean, basically, they already did cheat because they made out but I can only be thankful it didn't go further. For others, it may not have been a big deal with the other party being the same sex as their partner who "cheated," but for me, the gender or sexual orientation doesn't really matter. Cheating is still cheating. Forgiving cheating is almost impossible in my case, but of course, that would still depend on the character of my lover. If the good things about him outweigh that mistake and he can swear not to do it again (and if he does, it's over, no questions asked), then go.
Good Morning Kiss
ch9 Currently has until ch12, but decided to stop at ch9 because I don't think it will be continued and the story so far was already quite satisfying. I mean, if I continue, there might be another arc that wouldn't be complete since translations stopped. Alam mo 'yun? Mabibitin lang ako. lol. So far, this is better than the first mostly because of their age. And well, it's interesting to see an early marriage plan for now, because if it were the old me, I would've thought that was really romantic and all, but now, I just don't think it's practical because I realized marriage is beyond LOVE. Especially at their age... Sure, Uehara's pretty matured, but he missed out a lot from his youth due to him being a workaholic to survive. I worry that this could really be an issue later on.. Also, Nao is still very immature so it's quite hard to see how she'll cope with marriage life.. Mostly it's because I get frustrated when she spends too much on things she doesn't really want (mostly just get swayed by other people's opinion)... Errr I just think it takes two matured adults willing to compromise to make a relationship (especially a marriage) work. Uehara's very busy with school and work so he barely has time for Nao but I like that even if it's like that, he remains faithful. It's a bit worrisome that he hangs out with girls nonchalantly when they offer him treats to food though, because it could totally be taken advantage of later on. lol.
Aishiteruze Baby
What a rushed ending... Tsk!
Cat Street
MINE KOUICHI. <3 He's exactly my type of guy. If he wore glasses, he'd be more perfect for me, but his normal self is already more than enough. Perhaps it's because of him that I appreciated my ex more before and even after our split, I was thinking how it'd be nice if my partner would be someone smart, and from the IT field. lol. Kouichi... I really love him. <3
Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru
8/20/17: last chap: 89 @otakumole ~ final chap 90 not yet trans FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED... really.. i liked Aki a lot.. But when it came to matter that involved Mari, I just couldn't tolerate me. My heart hurt so much in Chapter 83. Ugh. I feel like a terrible person but I still didn't like it. I think this manga actually has a lot of potential.. It's frustrating to read but I still did anyway..
