spent hours reading this instead of preparing for my tests next week and tbh it's (kind of) WORTH IT. Really hits home with the "nobody wants to be friends with me, is there something wrong with me?" Situation. That was exactly what I was feeling these few weeks and I almost teared up when sky was feeling it. He deserves the whole world and shouldn't be bullied for being gay. I LOVE him and his progress towards moving on from the past. This story got me hooked from the start and I see why people love it cuz we got to see the backstories in such a good pace and the progression of the enemies-to-lovers trope is SO good bc it wasn't instalove??? I dislike having that trope watered down to the characters already finding them attractive from the start like wheres the enemies and hate in that?? These gave me what I wanted from the trope. The way that at first, all they saw was their weakness and all the bad sides, and just hatred for each other, but then they hear their stories, the "I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO CONTACT" TROPE THAT HAPPENED WITH CIRRUS UGHHH. and the way that cirrus doesn't realized that he had fallen for sky??? The fuCk. I love cirrus even if he's a manipulative and possessive asshole, bc he doesn't even know why he's doing it in the first place. I want him to fall first and to fall HARD for sky. I Can't wait for these two to show love to each other as much as they deserve. 20/10 UPDATE: 01/14/2025 Oh boy. What a ride. It's currently chap 126 and this will forever remain one of the best bls out there no cap. The flow of the story, the plot, the twists and turns, and the complexities of each character is so real and raw that they seem like real people which is such a powerful ability a writer must have. I LOVE cirrus despite wanting to shove his head into a brick wall sometimes. HIS EYES UGH!!! I loved this when I started, and I loved it again restarting it. One of the stories that I will truly miss once it ends. I just want more happy days and laughter with these boys.

Tell me why i this so short? It's SO good. Like theres so much potential oh my fucking god. The ending was a bit rushed, like the author just wanted to finished it tbh. I hoped the background of the characters were a little more in depth and the relationship between them all took more time to progress slowly.

Surprisingly, I was into this despite not feeling the shounen ai bc again it's about VAMPIRES they're supposed to be l Alluring and erotic. But it didn't revolve around them as the plot, but moreso the enemies so i got to feel around the vibe and fucked with it. LOVED the pacing, and the dynamic between them. At some point it felt like clifford is just stealing shin's heart using his money and like okAY ME, and for the first time, i genuinely felt the golden retriever vibes from him bc why is he always around shin so much ?@*#^#^ does he not have a life. But anyways, it was a good read. Im looking for more intimate scenes with them bc of the dynamic!
