Ok, at first I wasn't going to read the full thing I just wanted to read what it was about. At first, it was quite boring to me, I didn't like the fact that they used all white and I thought the begging was lame. However, somehow I got hooked and I couldn't put this down. I was left with questions asking myself "what would happen next?" The characters feel realistic, the main character's is an asshole, hell he can be even considered an anti-hero. This made you realise that not every victim is truly a "victim". I like how they didn't pull a bullshit tragic backstory where the characters get abused by their parents or bullied or something, not every kidnapping comic has to have that. Instead the character's backstory could be left to interpretation. "Was the character's backstory really tragic, or was it just the rules or life?" Also I like how not a lot really happened yet if feels like a very long and captivating story. The plot is just so interesting that it's not even a bother. I love the amount of sound effects in the story, it really puts you in the story. My only suggestion is there could of been more world building perhaps in the backstory instead of showing us stuff we already knew. Other than that, I loved it. I was on the edge every single moment reading this. Good job. SPOILERS Also I like the fact that it's a happy ending. These stories tend to have bad endings and I thought for sure that someone would die. It shows that not every bad situation could have an overall bad ending and situations could become better. I think this also alludes to suicide which is a constant theme in the story. "Ending it all won't fix anything, only trying to become better would."
