Never Understand
Some serious shit went down that made me really hate almost all the characters in this. Over and over, I forgave them, thinking “welp, everyone has their flaws” or “good job not being an idiot. Good choice.” But still. If it wasn’t for that last almost rape part where the seme flippin jumped to conclusions and ran away without asking what was going on, I woulda given this 5 stars. Sigh. Oh well, despite all that, I guess the drama throughout the manhua made it that much more realistic, but some things were just forgiven too easily. It was a great piece, but not something I’d consider reading again anytime soon
Slow Starter (ichikawa Kei)
Was an ok manga but I got kinda bored with it. Maybe next time when I’m in the mood I’ll try reading it again.. Edit (few months later): WHY IN TARNATION WAS I EVER BORED OF THIS? IT WAS FLIPPIN KAWAII!!! gosh I really like bl like this one: slow, natural development of feelings, not confusing lust with love and jumping straight to sex (like every yaoi manga ever), good character development. Gosh this is the reason why I like slice of life shounen-ai manga.
Koi Wa Etude!
Meh. Typical shounen ai
Hatsukoi (kazuki Rai)
That frickin ending. It had potential to be longer, but it kinda just ended a weeee bit to abruptly. Other than that, ‘‘twas a cute and deep story wit a few feels. I like the fact that it wasn’t the same ol generic shounen-ai manga.
