MC is dumb and gets to trouble most of the time. So in the 1st chapter, he got a job for delivery. Of course, he got into some shady business got doped and almost raped. With drugs in his system, he's hornier that usual and when he got home...proceeded to jump his sleeping friend. Friend was able to wake up in the end and they got it on and they confessed to each other and all. But what really upset the MC is the fact of him lying/not saying anything than him being in yakuza.

Then, he met the love of his life, unknowingly, changed for the better. MC - innocence begone; suffered a lot since he met the ML. Fell in love with his oppressor in the end. The one and only thing that really belongs to ML, and vice versa
