This is the typical villainous that breaks off their engagement w the prince but during the process. The original heroine sends assassins, mercenaries, and whatever so the fl would look at fault so the engagement will be called out but the ml (fl guard) protects her and they both have sex (girl are you serious, like why can't you wait after the engagement). But like the usual, the prince and the old heroine meet in bad ways and fl and ml get together. (and fuck ig) So, there is smut in this and this is historical, in the past manga which isn't common, but mainly read this cause i was horny.

Mc is a baron noble boy that slept all his life until he had this dream. A dream of an old man swinging a sword every day, nonstop. The mc became inspired and also wanted to use a sword. This led to him going to a sword school where he learned the basics, and his unique style, and found friends. After his graduation, he was left to find his meaning in swinging the sword and coming back home, he lost his way until a mystic cat met him and said that all he was doing was nothing. She (the mystic cat) wants to be his teacher as she sees incredible talent in both sword and mystic. She told him to swing the sword with meaning every day and gave him a mystic ball that will grant him what he desires. It did, but not in the best of ways, he was stuck in the ball for 5 years of training and finally left out when he was at his desired level of swordsmanship. After he got out of the ball, he had a reunion w his fam since it's been half a decade. Also that he was going on the subjugation to kill a Demonoid, a human that made a contract w a demon. During this, mc learned that the old man in his dreams has strong hatred toward them. After this, he went to his sword school to meet the principal but he went to the tornament to find him. Through that, he meets his classmate and beats him on the challenge and the mastet comes.
