Mc (boy) lived a horrible life in the modern world and didn't receive love. Ml, duke and whatever, found him and mc began disappearing due to lack of love, IDK why but yea. So to give him love, the only way at that point was sexual love and they did the woah and ka-pow, ya know. Then ml took mc in and mc had younger bros (honestly looks like kids) and there's a butler.
