Uhm idk. It shouldn’t have been that bad, but somehow I was cringing a lot? The art’s awesome but like..I think the dialogue and characters’ actions were too shallow. Characters were pretty flat but had a weid mix of characteristics. Also the conflicts and antagonists were cliche, overly predictable, induced too artificially, and not explored as uniquely or interestingly as it could’ve. Potentially 3 stars, but didn’t enjoy it so 2 stars

Seme is a sus mtherfker WASS GOIN ON uke’s a bit of a narcissist but not by choice it seems lol. Just haven’t been able to find a good crowd to ground him from his doting parents Aight reading this more I’m really liking the angst. The teenage anxiety is cranked up to the nth degree with this kid, ah good memories Translations are wonky ch4 onwards but translator does their best and honestly it’s decent enough to understand what’s going on. The element of angst stays well enough so it’s still an enjoyable read

4.5-5*; we’ll-made story and plot, just personally wasn’t my cuppa tea. Great work nonetheless!

Wholesome shunen story! I gotta say, though, the storytelling style is a little outdated. There were some…excessive moments that were overdramatic. And cringe at times too, cuz ain’t no way ppl would pull the same sht irl lol Anywho good story about found family, coming of age, and self-acceptance. A typical shounen short story, if you will. The trauma elements were fun and nice, but boy did they get over the phobia in an instant LUL. Not saying it’s unrealistic cuz it’s def within the realm of possibilities, but man everything about the recovery was sunshine and roses. A little too optimistic for my tastes xd

Really great and unique characters individually, but the development was stale and bland. Author really didn’t know how to weave the characters together. Also the smut was a turn+off for some reason lol (probably because of said staleness)
