This manga was... interesting (?) I believe the original idea behind the story was good, but then it went from 1 to 10000 real quick. It made me feel uncomfortable at parts, it might be the issue with the whole 'rape' thing, the very forward descriptions of sexual acts, or the fact that there's a ten year age gap, maybe even bigger.

It's adorable. Honestly the main character is essentially what you wish all the stereotypical shoujou heroines acted like but 100x more adorable. All stereotypical scenarios which would otherwise lead to drama turns into comedy thanks to the personality of the main character Ch.36 Almost got kidnapped on their honeymoon, but she got saved by the duke and now they’re discussing ways to prevent crime in the area. A isekai reincarnation story that actually ends. Pretty good, though there is a feeling of being rushed to finish the archs.
