I feel like the seme is lying to get the uke, but this is what I lovvee! Uke hasn't been well for awhile and he went to the hospital to find out that they don't know what is wrong. Uke saw the seme sucking someone's blood and fainted. Uke woke up and seme and him talked and seme told uke the reason why he is unwell. Uke was surprised and looked at seme to see that he was starring at the twin brother's mate. Uke was devestated. He wanted to run away as he understood as it happened before. Uke was about to let go of seme's hand but seme quickly snatched uke's hand and held him. Seme shouted to his brother to get 'that omega' away from him. They soon went to the hostpital and learned that having an identical twin could lead to them having the same pair. Uke was not having it and was afraid and escaped but bumped to seme's brother, who was uke's ex-lover. They talked and seme grabbed uke. Uke cried and confess to seme that he liked him and he wants him. They hugged and happy, happy.
