Seme and uke's past lover's are indenticle twin brothers. They pretended to date and went on dates but uke slowly fell in love with him. Seme started to love him as well. Seme confessed first and wanted uke's answer later when he fully thinks about it. When uke finally said yes to seme, they encountered seme's twin brother and his mate. Uke was surprised and looked at seme to see that he was starring at the twin brother's mate. Uke was devestated. He wanted to run away as he understood as it happened before. Uke was about to let go of seme's hand but seme quickly snatched uke's hand and held him. Seme shouted to his brother to get 'that omega' away from him. They soon went to the hostpital and learned that having an identical twin could lead to them having the same pair.
