(starting with the back story of when Takane and Kyoichi's still bonded) Takane (shitty alpha) wanted to go against "fate/destiny" that's why he bonded with so many omegas and one of them was Kyoichi (omega father). But because Kyoichi was the timid, kind and not scared omega of Takane, he somehow fell in love(?) but he was angry that Kyoichi wasn't his fated/destined mate. Then Neon was born, Takane then found out that Kyoichi's fated was this newborn Neon. His (Neon's) mother (one of the many bonded omegas of Takane, mentioned very briefly in ch.5, I think) wasn't really happy of Takane and Kyoichi being around his son(?) or maybe just jealous over Takane and Kyoichi being closer to the each other and to the child(?) and that's why the bond between the shitty alpha and Kyoichi was cut off. Then Neon grew up, became 16 and awakened his alpha instincts, that's why Kyoichi started having his heat again after so many years, bcs fated/destined mates are supposed to work like that(?). After a few fucking between Kyoichi and Neon, Neon still thinks that he's like his father, just forcing Kyoichi when he was being such a darling and barely forcing him the first time they were about to fuck. Kyoichi then thinks that his heat only came again bcs an alpha was near him. Neon, too, for whatever reason, thinks that Takane was Kyoichi's fated mate. Takane then came into the story, and told Kyoichi the truth as to why he abandoned him (to protect himself). This was when Kyoichi was thinking over his feelings for Neon and Neon was then blowing off his beta friend who was visiting, then Takane came and told Neon to control himself first before going to Kyoichi because he's still weak (I think).

hyesung, take all the time that you need to be able to grasp everything. we understand you. we hope that sooner or later you'll be able to find the answers that you're looking for. and dojin, thank you for doing your best for both byul and hyesung. AND I ALSO APPRECIATE THE CARE THAT HEESOO SHOWS YES I AM CRYING RN I CAN'T STOP THE ALL CAPS u guys need to stop being so harsh towards hyesung. he’s literally been through hell, and now he’s traumatized even more bc of his dad. he’s allowed to act like this and feel sad/depressed. he’s not being a bad parent or a bad mother? oh no guys we’re in for a tough ride... the mom already looks dead inside Closure isn't all abourt happy fixed relationship. Closure is all about healing your wound by overcoming it. We all know closure as "healthy ending" but infact there are other form of closure. In this story, we realize how Hyesung have a closure but not fixing his relationship with his parents instead he overcome his own battle with himself and manage to let go. It is sad that this story is ending but Im looking forward with the future of this family. Thank you for the hard work. Not all closure get to be this "i forgive you" moment. ideally it should be but sometimes it's just a moment to urge you to move on because there's nothing to salvage or forgive anymore. i just hope their family continues to live everyday happilly I FEEL BAD FOR THOSE WHO HATES HYESUNG, BEFORE YOU HATE ON SOMEONE, FIRST YOU MUST NOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THEM BEFORE THROWING TANTRUM ON THEM. I FEEL BAD FOR HYESUNG GROWING UP WITH NO SUCH GUIDANCE AND DIDN'T EVEN LEARN THAT MUCH YET MANY PEOPLE THROWS TANTRUMS ON HIM, GLAD HE IS NOW IN A HAPPY LIFE His abandonment issues and trauma from his shitty parents almost made him make the same mistake with Byul. I’m glad he’s grown from that, I’m glad he’s healing and is loved now with a new family.
