There are many arcs in the story like 10 arcs. So the seme's personality change from one arc to the other. First as you can see in the first chapter he is overbearing president then a marshal and omega wife, underworld emperor (mafia boss), vampire Prince, Poseidon(the god) , bankrupt president, warlord, regent king. The uke has to play along seme's play everytime he change. Actually the story is very hilarious. And also through this they will get to know about each other a lot that they never knew.

Hahaha thank god the uke isn't the tutor or it would've been the same as melting point hahaaha. Things are progressing so fast~~ They both are good looking~~~~ I like how straightforward the seme is and isn't pissy and brooding that he was "abandoned" This trope is really popular in BLs hahaha having sex and disappearing, leaving the other person obsessed with you hahahaha what even ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ I love these cliches!
