WARNING!! THIS IS EXTREME, HARDCORE RAPE. I really wish the scanlation group had put the trigger warnings at the beginning instead of a cursory "no means no, enjoy guys" at the end of chapter five. The story itself is an interesting take on consent vs enjoyment and the manga itself is more tragic than problematic since the abusers were actors under the premise that it was staged(although I feel professionals would know to discuss safe words beforehand) My problem is not with the manga itself, but for anyone who needs it I REALLY hope they add trigger warnings.
