Really great plot, I've never thought I'd see something like this

absolutely thought that this was a doomed yuri type of story. i adore that they had a happy ending for themselves. however, i do think i would've loved it even more if they simply didn't end up together. their dynamic was fishy and complicated to begin with, so i believe that the plot would've done better if it just continued with that. ...or maybe i just like sapphics not being happy HAHAHHAHAHHA

sickly girl finds herself transmigratted to a new body that was centuries before her. she becomes a concubine from a fallen nation and has a lover from there to. their initial plan was to have her become queen, but the soul of the girl fell in love with the grand advisor instead. she decides to stop giving out free fucks and starts to make this new life her own. actually, now thinking about the plot of this webtoon, it was actually very cohesive. sure they did fall in love a little fast, but it's undeniably a good read. the advisor himself was a looker too. it's great and got me back to reading.

This is genuinely so nice! It's refreshing to see the main character already being a mother and a wife in the beginning. I like that their complicated family dynamics deepened the court politics that the story was centered on. And since the story was all about reaching happiness and true love, I was glad that different kinds of love where shown alongside different depths of happiness. The character's emotions and pain were played out beautifully. I genuinely would've enjoyed the story and plot even if it was just plain text. I would've also probably binged it like I did with this webtoon. As for the art, I think that the artists did an incredible job being on par with the writing. It was immersive and so crisp to look at. I love how gorgeously they've designed each character and how grand the sceneries were. This is one of the top books I've read recently.
