It started off rough in the beginning because the alpha was trying to take advantage of an omega coworker using a drug. Unfortunately, that drug ended up on another omega and the two have sex. Their compatibility is so good they continue the ambiguous relationship. Further on, the omega discovers the drug and the two temporarily are broken apart until the alpha saves him from a heinous client. Right now, the alpha wants to get married instead of mating because he wants to wait for the omega's heart. So nice!!! And...it ends there lol
