The Emperor Reverses Time

Ongoing | Hwayoung,Yongkkeu | 2019 released

It would've been easier to drop this if the fl showed its annoyingness at the first few chapters, but now I'm too deep into the story and I sympathize with the ML too much to drop it now... Too naive to be empress. If in the past she was too capable and perfect, now she's too naive and soft. 22/12/22 Basically this is all the FL's fault. She's really pushing the idea that her brother will change and look what happend. She just made ML's efforts of saving his parents a waste. Also, this opens up 2 things I kind of hate but also love about this manhwa: 1. The first ever time reversal that "fails". In a cliche plot, ML would've been easily able to keep everyone important to him alive because he can see the future, but that's not the case here. 2. They were able to apply the time travel rule that no matter how much you change things, if it's bound to happen, then fate will catch up. ML's parents, emperor and empress, were bound to die at some point. This is especially when the empress repeated the "I want to see the ocean" scenario. I actually want the ending to become like the OG story of the manhwa "For Stella" where the ML lost everything—his friends, kingdom, etc. For the sake of the OG FL, Stella. When everything finally calmed down and he went to find her, she ran towards him and embraces him with love. But then, ML felt like the losses weren't worth it and he doesn't feel the love anymore—regretting the whole thing.
