i put this off for the longest time because it was so l o n g, but i have no regrets for spending all night reading it. well though-out lore, fleshed-out characters, and everything was made to make sense. it was the perfect blend of plot and character development.

group of one-shots: 1. artist holds a raffle to have a “one-night lover” sleepover; the winner turns out to be a man who admits to being a fan of his. 2. two boys from middle school meet again, but it’s... not cute. (cw: violence, humiliation) 3. “In 25 years, you will have come to love me.” a man is kidnapped by someone who was kidnapped 25 years ago, because of him. they reminisce together as they fish about their “25 years of captivity.” 4. scientist clones his dead lover, but the clone can never replace the original. he kills himself and, as revenge, the clone clones him as well.
