Ryouta fell and hit his head while running away with Akito at their secret base ... Ryouta was in coma for 2 years and had partial memory loss . Akito was feeling guilty so that causes him to dream about A Ryouta who resents him and is punishing him.. i thought it was split personality ... But it was just the ryouta akito dream and imagined of.. but then again, it does seem like there's a little bit of mental issue from how their eyes look .. but then again maybe the author doesn't meant to make it seems like there's some mental issue going on ... Or maybe not(?)
