The dead patient became a ghost and the doctor can see ghosts. The doctor asked for the ghost's name but the ghost said he won't tell unless the doctor fall in love with him. So one day the had sex and the doctor asked for his name again and he said "not yet". After sex, the doctor sat on an open window, smoking and the ghost warned him he could fall. Turns out he really did fall. The ghost intentionally didn't catch the doctor and just let him fall to the ground. Covered in blood, he asked for his name again, and this time the ghost whispered in his ears and tears ran down his cheeks. Hmm, there's two theories that i came up with.. first, some may interpret that the ghost fell in love and bla bla bla the sweet story. Second, my real theory is that, the ghost probably is an old friend of the doctor or something, one that the doctor's already forgotten. And the ghosy probably dendam because at his last moment, he saw the doctor was just staring emotionless at him dying. So that's why he did what he did at the doctor, not grabing him when he fall. And that could explains his words about being the last person the doctor saw and talked too. So that's it. But overall this a good short tragic dark story.

They once met as a tutor and student..the both fall in love but the tutor never knew what it really was... They parted.. and 6 years later, they met once again as a doctor and patient... They fall in love again, without recognizing each other.. until one day .. it came to light about the 6 years ago incident and the doctor's past carefree life... They broke up... The doctor beg for forgiveness.. and they get back together..now living a happy life.. the side couple also gonna get their happy ending i think..it shows they now decide to date for real...

Stopped at chapter 6.. they finally had their first sex and finally connect their feelings and got together officially. Doesn't seem like it's the ending yet..

I really thought there'll be a scene where the doc had to perform surgery under trauma on the yakuza you know... But nahh, the yakuza did got injured but the doc didn't know about it at first. Yakuza's hench guy brought the doc to him at a later time when he's already recovering but in a turmoil mentally. Sorry for my angst and tragedy craveness lol. I wish there's more chaps to this. Stopped at chapter 5.2extra
