This story is all over the shop. Don’t know if I like it or not. Got me curious enough to continue but also losing me with the Chinese fantasy dialogue that’s hard to follow, coupled with the frustration of whether to tag this as sexy shounen ai or will they/wont they smut. No smut yet, but had scene at beginning where it kinda looked like they were, but in a dream…. I don’t bloody know. Update: DNF @ch16 in between latest uploads I forgot about whole storyline, then upon trying to catch up, I realised I don’t want to remember anything or care to know more.

DNF @ch9, pg15. Slow paced, bl that should be super cute and sweet for younger readers. Can’t find anything wrong with it for a slow burn shounen ai. It’s just that I need more and I got bored and once I started skimming, I knew it was the end for me. No smut from where I read up to

3.25 stars. Nothing spectacular but enjoyable enough. No smut till very end and even that was basic

DNF @ch4. Nothing wrong with it. Expected typical clueless, sex driven best friend trope and it did the job. Just got bored and read better versions of the same thing.

3.5 stars. Entertaining enough but I don’t get it. Maybe it’s the writing or dialogue, maybe it’s the translations, but characters are so confusing with actions and hot/cold attitudes.
