Kono Koi ni Mirai wa nai
It deals with identity. A man who loathes his body because he desires to be a woman. A writer who aims to leave a masterpiece like a genius dying young. A tomboy dressing feminine for a man she desires. An infertile woman who desires to choose her path but chose to be obedient. This isn’t even BL, but it does show a man loving another. This is a story about three “women” desiring a man who couldn’t love.
Baka ni Koi toka Shoujiki Muri ja ne?
Nanase × Hina ( overthinker × Idiot ) As idiotic as Hina may be, he's the reason Nanase even had the chance to keep their relationship going. Even Eno made it possible for Nanase to finally receive requited love HAHAHA
Hikyoumono dato Waratte Kure
The beginning threw me off to a different ending in mind, but I'm glad it progressed differently than I imagined. An introverted transfer student is befriended by 2 childhood friends. Kakeru witnesses something he shouldnt have which opened a window of opportunity for him to be closer with Yudai. Still, the bitter memories of why Kakeru transferred made it difficult to love Yudai.
If You Treat Me Nice, We Can Do It
The typical "I love you but you love him yet he's with someone else" story. Loved the end notes, but they take away the flow of the story for me.
Tie Me, Unravel Me, Kiss Me
I didn't expect I'd like it since the context isn't my cup of tea, but damn! Loved it! We got three friends and 2 contradicting promises, question is, which promise would be fulfilled?
Soshite Mata Kiss wo Shite
Imagine setting up a cliche trope then breaking it with this realistic honesty... The type that you can tremble and feel all weak but still say the words you've been wanting to say. It's the sort to show how much you can really love someone to the point of facing your fears in front of someone who bluntly rejected you...because this time, you want to fight for someone you love and for yourself, too.
I Hate
Both of the couples had a gap time where the occurences of their past affected their time apart and mahnified when they met again. The first was about an unforgettable kiss which somehow prevented him from ever kissing anyone else. The second was a word/drawing chain game that exemplified their feelings, ending for a moment then resumed just when they thought it would end. The 2nd couple is fleshed out more than the first which makes their connected more real as well.
Calorie
Unrequited love has its limits, but it's funny how quick someone caught Toshi by the time he declared his surrender. And this time, it doesn't feel "too quick" because 15 years a long time and the love might have been just a felling he was used to... And Jun was always there for him. Jun's offer was just a trigger to finally move on. And this couple is so cute, adorable, and wholesome. Just when it's about to be dramatic, they pause and laugh at themselves.
Like That
Ah, what a heartaarming relationship. It was shaky at first, since the one confessed to was straught and couldve just agreed out of whim and curiosity. But then, he gained his footing and loved Aizawa with all his got. Damn the last chapter is EVERYTHING!
