i live for the art style but the story telling needs imorovement. the plot wouldve actually taken longer than 24 chapters and there is a weak characterization going on. in the beginning, both police officers have strong distaste for gays or at least the display of male nudeness. the part where they mellow down and somehow Brandt got hard happened too fast. there is little emotional connection between the two. basically, the story needs filler chapters where the two becomes more aware of each other instead of dropping the 'i like you' bomb. even the act of being undercover was glossed over, but im just glad the company was actually 'legal'. so personally, this one looks more of a plot outline than the final output.

The chemistry is there in terms of body compatibility. However, beyond the smut, I love the depth of character. The uke sees value in the seme's work and does not judge him based on his looks or sly ways to corner him. The trophy shelf is a personal motivation that shows how much hardwork can give you, that it's not always about talent.
