it feels a little cold despite the drama and seriousness of the issues being confronted—especially when you realize that the omegas were "grateful", hence obsessed with the very alpha who abused them—not just the old man, even the mother-in-law... im disappointed with how these two abusers were dealt with, but i suppose it's what you'd expect in a stereotypic asian family who still has to get along simply because they are "family"

for a fated pair, the bond is very fickle. or at least it's not well portrayed—esp since it doesn't look mutual. that detail aside, it's wholesome in general.
