Nirameba Koi
I love the main couple's chemistry the most. Being bold yet glaringly shy is so interesting and amusing. Ryuu is so precious HAHAHA. The way they progressed as a couple is everything and deym, Ryuu got much hotter with his yukata loosely exposing his torso.
Mother's Spirit
Im not much for globalization and im somewhat conservative about a culture rooted in nature learning to adapt to a powerful modernized country. The future exploitation scares me but this one is wholesome and gives you that positive change of two cultures meeting. Words fail me right now but Im in love with this ️
Sayonara, Itoshi No My Friend
Mmm, quite chaotic and a misplaced story somewhere in the beginning. This is gearing for a more positive ending for brothers who became stranged because of their shitty parents. If there's something I like, it's the overflow of emotions which the brothers felt when they had to overcome their insecurities. It's satisfying to watch them meet their lover halfway.
Penthouse XXX
Talk about compact and cohesive ️ There are a few details glossed over but they dont have a that big of a role expect for fillers or spice. After reading long stories with unnecessary complicated details, this is very satisfying. ️
Eien Shika Hoshikunai
Hitomi no Dokusenyoku
Well, that's yaoi for you. There's the possesive yet indifferent lover. There's the possessive and romantic lover. Then the lively uke and the tsundere type of uke. But seriously tho, I dislike possessive yet indifferent/insensitive lovers. The least you can do is make sure your partner still get to achieve his dream even if you're obsessing over them.
Inner Beauty
At first I was hesitant because Minjae caught feelings so quickly and even when their bodies switch, they are very much conscious of each other's soul than looking at their face and body like lucid dreaming. But by the 2nd season, the 1st season made more sense and there weren't much plot holes to be wary off. I'm glad the author held on to this story to the extent of going to Australia. This may be supernatural but it gave that element of learning about Australian aboriginals (of this I don't have knowledge of). The author took the opportunity to broadcast queer love as something as normal as binary relationships. The wedding scene really grabbed my heart because it wasnt used as another obstacle, rather an opportunity which Minjae's sister and Woochan took. I'm in love with this story ️
Therapy Game
I feel bad for forgetting the main couple. It must have been the number of BL I've read after it HAHAHA. This is good read for understanding that betrayal is not a sign to stop loving or receiving someone else's affection. These couple are a sort of extremes of dealing with betrayal. While the uke is bitter, the seme hopes that something better comes after it. The uke wants the traitor to suffer while the seme wishes the traitor to achieve their goal for betraying them. It's also nice to see that even when the seme is trusting, he doesn't act like fool. He communicates his pain but act out on his love nonetheless. The uke is also self-aware of himself and, in his own way, shows how much he loves the seme even if he is insecure and anxious.
Ikumen After
Their feelings are a little too dragged out since they made Asakura very dense. Like, he knew Izumi is gay but kept thinking that their kiss was something casual or platonic? Like, he claimed to be a virgin so he opt to be the first to think that being kissed and having those sexual urges means something, right? Asakura as an actor looks promising tho, just that it was used at a point when both of them are still dragging their misunderstandings. Their kids are cute though. Just that the future is showing a father x father and son x son kind of pairing
