It's a mix of being overly complicated (especially the politics) and some arcs are unnatural or forced because some characterizations are bent and broken for the arc to fit into the story.

Im just enjoying the fact that the drama is away from and has not reached him yet. He's just enjoying his life with his extraordinary and godlike powers with his pals.

As if the plot isn't complicated enough, we just had to have a clueless main character who doesn't match the energy of other people as well as overcomplicating her ways, conveniently instilling misunderstanding and 'overthinking' from the people that matters. I couldn't read past ch10.
