Soredemo Kamawanai
I didn't understand what was holding Okomura back. I couldn't process it at all because he started off talking about unrequited love then backs out when it turned out to be mutual. However, I admire Takamine's straightforward and simple-like character. He knows what he wants and unless he is explicitly rejected for reasons beyond "I can't", he doesn't give up. Tbh, I just sighed at Okomura's own ignorance which unfolded at the end. Like, wow. It's adorable and amusing, but I just can't with how convinced he was that he was doing the right thing. I'm just glad it isn't dramatic and Takamine handled it so well. To the point that I just felt the stress of Okomura's friend.
Hatsukoi No Atosaki
Nishina got married but was divorced soon after. During a business meeting, he saw his true first love, Miyama, who didn't seem to recognize him. They have been lovers during high school, but Nishina didn't think it was something to pursue until the future. For him, Miyama's love was burdensome and it intimidated him to realize that they wouldn't be normal. Anyway, he said the harshest words to say to someone gay, especially to someone who loved him. 10 years later, in the present, Miyama didn't expect to see him again, unchanged and suddenly barging into his life. Here, Nishina insensitively tries to get back with Miyama. Even if Miyama has lingering feelings, he doesn't trust Nishina's intentions and believes that he'd walk out on the relationship again.
Shiro No Koro
the last bit is like making something beautiful out of something so tragic. Herbs? for curing? homosexuality? Also, the part with the artist alumni and his fan, it was a lil awkward lol. Ah, I'm also just amazed by the guy who went and got part time jobs, even "risked his ass" just for his material girlfriend
