The Voice Next Door
comedic and wholesome. it's sad that good looks weigh heavily in the beginning of the relationship but the way Jaehyun accepted Jaeseok after knowing his secret is heart warming.
Ichika, bachika
Can you really be that curious about gays that you try it out with your friend or did knowing that your other male friends were dating gave you an opportunity to seduce your other male friend? cause seriously, these people just jump the gun and its difficult to comprehend the boundaries of their intimacy. although, sure. it must be the casual transition of friendship to lovers that occurs between close friends that were only lacking sex in their relationship. to me, their relationship are more out of youth than a relationship with the future in mind (if u dont count accomplishing all 48 sex positions before graduation as thinking about the future). still, the story is refreshing.
Oshiete, Ookami-san.
The first chapter put me off so I backed out. after months, i decided to continue and realized i was cringing too much and forgot to appreciate the appeal of a character with an impulsive or manipulative change in personality. Narita was actually appealing and charming but too cunning with Chitose. Somehow, it makes me forget that he really likes Chitose and isnt merely teasing him. the story of Ren and Eita is so cute and yep, Eita fits the role of a beastly boyfriend. Mao and Kyo are actually really comedic and outright refreshing. Im rooting for Jun-chan HAHAHA
Samishigariya no Love Letter
Basically, all these couples were fated to each other since the day they met
Fushidara na Hanatsumi Otoko
I was troubled by Kotaro's actions when Ayumi had to leave and Kotaro had to take care of Kyoujo. i mean, he is very much in love with ayumi so he didnt have to overthink about Kyoujo. sure, he can be troubled about doing something behind ayumi's back but the moment he cared too much about Kyoujo made his character dubious. im just glad that he became absolute about his response when e he refused Kyoujo. Also, Akari was a pain in the ass but him being underhanded makes sense. also, the chief is pitiful here because he got roped in but didnt even get to have a partner in the story HAHAHA ps. i sense a good story for Kyoujo and Akari. i just wonder if Akari can remain "pure and innocent" even after knowing a man cause Akari has been a bitch before meeting Kyoujo.
Shitteru Yo.
I appreciate the protectiveness of the older brother and even if he was suspiscious of his younger brother's lover, he didn't do anything unnecessary that couldve hurt his YB. Also, I'm glad that he still tried to understand how his YB wouldve felt with his lover and when he realized that his YB truly loved his lover, the OB acknowledge their relationship, albeit still on guard. Edit: Sawahata is raising vivid red flags during the first term of their relationship. If he was going to be rejected, he was ready to break hell's gate against the uke. It's fortunate that the uke knows hoe to handle him, but seriously, I'm a little scared for myself because I only noticed how toxic Sawahata actually is and the OB is totally on point with his first impression against Sawahata.
Heesu in Class 2
This is EVERYTHING ️. No unnecessary quarrels or obstacles because everything just happens for the sake of the plot. Heesu and Seongwon are so wholesome! When one pulls away, the other push themselves closer towards them. Maybe it didnt have to take 8 years for Sunwoo and Dahm to meet again and it's sad to leave us hanging. Still, seeing as Sunwoo actually waited and was happy for Dahm to get back to him, those two will be alright. And my heart just erupts for Seongwon and Heesu's couple ring and how Seongwon called Heesu his husband.
Hinekure Chaser
This is a good example of balancing immaturity and growth. the uke doesnt have to be irritating for almost 90% of the time and make the seme suffer. oh no, Hizome and Yamato matured TOGETHER. There's an actual character development. this is healthy love ghad, mangas like this are the best ️ these are good slice of life, student x student, and loud ukes that I so so love!
Kaeru no Prince-sama
cute hahaha. i heard there was a 2nd volume but not yet translated . welp. the thing about Aone is that even if he was anxious and would often run away, he still tries to do his best. at first he hated his job because he felt bullied and pressured but when his co worker pointed out his flaws, he tried to do something about it. he doesnt continue to put unnecessary blame on Yagane like "he doesnt understand. he's a bully" or whatever. he claims his flaws and clumsily does his best. which makes Gou's attraction relateable. the author doesnt let the seme blindly like an uke and I love that.
