A Modern Man Who Got Transmigrated Into the Murim World
Dropped 1. The narrative jumps. Transition and adaptation are basically smoke, they're there but vaguely. You see the memories combine but events occur left and right without the intention of "getting familiar", he just goes on with continuing the life of his reincarnation (coz he got the memories but is more attuned with his modern memories) meeting people and expanding business without much respect to its setting. It just bulldozes it with "modernism and capitalism" 2. There is nothing relatable nor cohesive about his character. He may have had the confidence, but easily devalues his family (heck, we won't see them as much after all the expansion. Like where did the mom and daughter go when the workshop expanded. His father was left when he migrated his business. His brother is basically accessory and gone the next). Then he goes ahead and adapted a modern greedy capitalist who treat every one as tools of business. His detailed business proposal dwindled to not even realizing what it means to build an unconventionally high rise building (like bruh, 7 years and you forget the details coz u obsess over the big picture, what was that?). He takes martial arts as nothing coz he got a cheat (an alien in a world of martial artist valuing their art). 3. Its one of those shallow capitalist who have neither respect nor consideration of the people in the world he lives in (we can change the title to Ancient Tycoon sandbox or something more accurate). The moments of humanity he showed before he found something extraordinary really disappeared. You won't find the guy who once debated about legalism and democracy or even had thoughts that cared about "the balance of the world". And also, the "objective" he has related to his power and his ancestors are just accessories, as if to justify all his deranged tycoon ways because of how randomly it pops out to remind you about it. The art is really great tho. There's some humor to it. The skills are cool. No annoying harems or anything perverted. But like, there's not much foundation to the story which is a shame
I Failed to Divorce My Husband
Dropped when MC persists to abandon the ML because it's another tiresome "he'll meet the protagonist anyway, i should just leave even if the ML is basically on his knees, brokenhearted, and devoted" plus she loves him and there were no strong forces to indicate that the plot will be more powerful than the changes she has made and the work they did together. I really miss MCs that knows how to fight for themselves, screw "realistic insecurities and anxiety" when it's more refreshing to have her confronting the future after all the shit theyve been through together since childhood. 35 I really want to put my hopes in this coz the FL managed to mend the unwritten trials in the novel. But its this subtle anxiety whenever she banks on the novel's FL. Im here reminding myself that she "failed" to divorce him. It's blatantly reliant on the ML's understandable affection, but maybe it's a leeway of her own choice to stay on her own accord. Oh, and i wish it wouldnt demonize the intended FL again just to make this convenient reason to foster their relationship, like let it continue this momentum of their fostered trust and changing status during their puberty. 39... Nah, she's still adamant. I get it, she's scared of the possible fateful encounter, but well, let's have the ML grip tighter coz even the parents' sentiment didnt penetrate her stubborness.

I Was Dismissed from the Hero’s Party Because They Don’t Need My Training Skills, so I Strengthen My [Fief] Which I Got as a Replacement for My Retirement Money.
I already disliked the arrogance and ingratitude, then came the typical fanservice style drawing of women and worse is a kid character dragged into it.
