6/20/23 20:37 fkkk i love their trope much more than the revenge girlies. Abandoned fl with a newfound purpose in life. She's good at cooking and mr. Duke, the ml, is cursed by her mother to not be able to taste foods as they are. This curse is passed from generation to generation. And yea their love is blooming slowly but surely. And in the last chap, the sister killed the emperor alr, so that's one less problem for us. The emperor was crazy anyways. It's a pity he doesn't understand or know how to love.. ik he just wants the sister but all he did was so wrong. Imagine your family, country, and everything being taken from you just so this emperor can have you. But i can see he was truly inlove tho, just wrong in showing it. I hope he repents in his past life and try for the better this time. That is... if he is truly dead. I have a theory he's not for some reason.. gelard the witch dude who's like a father figure to our fl is a witch so.. hmm.. oh welp. Our fl and ml have nice n healthy romance, except from the start. The only problem hindering their love is the revenge plots na nagaganap outside their story lol.

The ml duke also loved her in their past life to the point that he dreams of the novel too, where he committed seppuku coz of sadness, and already had a precognition that fl will approach him, he was surprised that she didnt threaten him this time, and fell in love. Qfter 3 years contract eneded, duke brings in a new girl like in the orig novel BUT THIS TIME HE DIDNT FELL IN LOVE W THE GIRL.
