The first time I read this was back in high school and it was still on going and I completely dropped it because of school. Then there was the anime which makes my heart so full. At the time when the anime was released I was so pumped and very happy because I never thought they'd make an anime adaptation of this amazing manga. The anime turned out to be soooo good! Then 2020 came, many years after high school, I decided to watch the anime again, and lets just say I found it a bit cringey. I get that a lot of things happening in the anime would not go well in this day and age and I thought how have I loved this so much?! Not in 2021 while scrolling thru Pinterest did I see some panels and it actually makes me want to read this in full. Somehow I made it my mission to revisit this story because I feel like along the way it will get better. And alas it did get so much better. It proved how much I like these kinds of stories and no matter what I am always a sucker for Usui Takumi and his character. I can affirm that Kaichou wa Maid-sama is one of the best shojou manga there is. It's perfectly hones itself by having good character developments with its quirky elements. I am so grateful that I had the time to read through this and enjoyed it immensely. Looking forward to Kaichou wa Maid-sama Marriage!

So beautiful! I am not really into the omegaverse but sometimes when I read about it it's pretty interesting. This one is surely a gem. I was surprised to to read that this story was not really more about the masters but of their butlers and it was so amazing! It is a story about change, acceptance and happiness and that happiness can be with the person you really desired it to be, not to who you think you're destined with. I really like the fact that the story focuses on the butlers and how they both have very different personalities -one who is domineering in the work force with a softy side, and the other one who's demeanor screams can't be bothered but has really strong emotions battling witihin himself. I could not disagree more how fitting this couple is to each other. They just complete and make each other very happy. It makes me very happy too!!!!! The progress of this story was so satisfying that we get to see such a wonderful ending. But I still wanted more though. :)
