I like the unconventional start, though I wish they just met now and the whole "they knew each other when they were kids actually" didn't exist. Koreans really like to pile up coincidences on top of each other, but to me that makes stories more unbelievable and less immersive. edit: actually i kind'a like how they use it, it's less about fate and them knowing each other from before is more about the uke dealing with his past and creating tension. Me likey! Also love the uke's vibe. Their dynamic is interesting, we'll see how it goes!
