As introvert, I keep reading this. I would like to change but the stress of changing is killing me, my heart can't take it, it's always like that maybe my heart is weak because in my family there are my aunt who suffers from heartache and had to operate to get a new heart and there are my uncle who died because of stroke. So I guess it's better to live like a snail, at least I don't really have to fight a heartache.
