OH.MY.GOD. 1st few chapters were kinda slow BUT CHAPTER 13️️ OHMYGODDDD FL’s 1ST FIGHT WAS SO GOOD AND BADASS and the way the dialouge in her head was written was so good!! like how she was tryinf her best to fake her confidence and keep a level head to survive AND WHEN ML CAME AND STOPPED HER FROM KILLING HIM!! THEN THE INTIMACY WHEN HE HELF HER HAND AND THEN LATER EVEN ASKED HER TO DANCE AND WAS LIKE “it’s sad to spend a night like this alone” OR SOMETHING WAS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED!! TENSION IS INSANEEEE love both ml and fl rn
JUST READ CH 14 “in my eyes, it seems that your highness is trying to seduce me” OHMYGOD LORD THE TENSION IS OUT OF THIS WORLD AND ITS STILL THE SAME SCENE AND THE ART IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING MY EYES HAVE EVER WITNESSED!! ITS SO INTIMATE OML. the perfect dialogue and flirtinf and banter and timing w the panels omggg THEY ALMOST KISSED!! omg how hd comforts her when she’s sad holy crap wow finest brothers in existence. hot blondie crown prince is be.a.u.ti.ful!

DAMNN the story is so detailed!! the little cluez at the at the start w the green hints was the gold god possessing ppl of the empire, and when fl would suspect why ml unusually worries abt her (a stranger), turns out he alr knew who she was and why she came to him (which she didn’t even know), she was sent to him by fate to “punish” him for loving someone. man the plot is soo crazy well written i love it sm. also the way the political affairs, the history of the kingdom, and the nobles and commoners are portrayed in the story is so so interesting. it seems so realistic and the dialogue is always very moving when the characters speak abt their motivations for the way they are. like why they want to succeed the throne, how they want to change their country, who they want to protect, etc. the plot is very slow but i love how they slowly uncover the truth abt the curse and u start to connect the dots from the clues at the beginning of the story (or u just get shocked bc it’s totally unexpected and u totally looked past it lol) the story is full of surprises and we’re finally seeing how the curse started and why. so much emotions and so much reaizations. makes me pause and take laps around my house while screaming out of frustration lol.
gold/aina’s backstory is so heartbreaking. she loved a man who used her to start a war and conquer the continent while sacrificing many innocent ppl, forced her to kill her child and CURSE the future generations w only one child surviving, and to live on forever protecting an empire she hated. 1st emperor was such a bastard but im curious what made him betray gold like that, he seemed to truly love her at the start ALSO JUST READ A SPOILER THAT THE GHOST THAT ALWAYS HELPED ROSE SINCE THE BEGINNING (from the 1st episode!!) WAS RANON THE 1ST EMPEROR!!! THE DETAIL OMGG
