Both Ayumu and Touma struggle with different forms of communication problems. Ayumu is super shy to the point he has difficulty expressing what he wants to say. Touma doesn’t really know how to read the mood and say things without offending people so he chose to remain silent instead of risking hurting people with his words. Of course this presented a problem midway through their relationship. However, I like that they both realize that there is a problem and tried to find a solution in their own way. Ayumu tried to be more brave and started to engage in conversations with people, while Touma tried to be more considerate of Ayumu.

Sawahata gets jealous easily, but he does say it honestly when he gets asked about it. I also like that Yuusei comes right out and ask what is wrong and tries to work things out whenever Sawahata is in a bad mood. This prevents any long drawn out misunderstanding or angst. The brother is such a brocon though.

I didn’t much like the part where Azusa drives Kaede into a corner and uses his pheromones to force Kaede to bite his nape. Then again Kaede was irresponsible and didn’t take his inhibitors. But I still think Azusa basically raped him.
