I once read a story similar to this one: It's in a time where through a genetic checkup it can be determined very early if that person will need an organ-transplant later, then they are cloned just with the gen that would lead to the non-functioning organ fixed. The clones are raised to grow that necessary organ and then have to die. Just in one case, the clone and the original person met, talked a lot and finally decided to switch places. The people around them only realized when the "clone" suddenly died bc their heart did not work properly. I think the black haired one got a girlfriend after 10 years (there were kinda like friends during that period) and since he couldn't withstand his love getting together with someone else, he broke the boundary line and confessed, thus leaving from the black head's life forever....
