tempted to rate this a 5. first story is about two businessmen who live next to each other in the "company dorms" and engage in s&m during the workday. the second best story is the last one, about a wealthhy writer who takes in a detective as his servant.

multiple stories about dudes being bros. including the super cute one with the kindergarten teacher. and the one with the seme that is defs borderline

rated 5 stars for the first chapters about the two single dads who jump out of a moving train

A nice slow burn about a house full of interesting characters. The old landlady dies tragically, but her super hot slutty son comes to take over as landlord. a win for everybody!

a dude lends his apartment to his best friend. where will he go? to his neighbors house? to fuck the neighbor? that seems like a lot of trouble. cute story about a transwoman at the end.
