i loved the anime so i decided to read the manga. very satisfied! wonderfully told. beautiful art!

it was readable, i especailly liked how the historical bits weren't overly preachy and were integrated into the story through character dialog, which made it easier to digest.

at first i felt the relationship of the two mc's was a little childish but they really mature as the story progresses. this story gave me the sad kind of happy feeling, you know the kind, bitter sweet anguish. very much worth the read!

sweet story. it was a little hard to connect with the characters at first. is till didn't feel completely connected by the end. but i was happy at the end, so it was worth reading for sure! i loved the theme of determination and inspiration.

really fun read! the characters were enjoyable. it took a few chapters to really get into the story but after that i couldn't stop reading. the art style was refreshing and beautiful!
