A mutating virus, Adam, spread across the world and left only 3 countries standing. It has been over 30 years, and there is still no vaccine that can kill it before it mutates again. A rowdy military major, punished for breaching the red zone in Rainbow City, has to protect a researcher that was returning from the Jeju Islands back to the mainland.
