ch 2 -- hope she becomes more strong-willed as she grows and learns to care about her country rather than just herself and love

this is like my ideal MC -- cool, level-headed, adaptable, empathetic but has boundaries, and smart as a whip -- fuck yes. i am here for this. time to read the novel. ch 600+ (novel) -- this might just be my fave korean light novel at the moment. i haven't seen something with such well-rounded character dynamics since fma 100/10

3.5/5 -- p good overall -- i kinda don't like his lazy cop-out of "from the eastern continent" that no one conveniently calls out but otherwise, the female characters are not too annoying, and mc is competent and funny -- doesn't amaze me tho

i fucking haaaaaaaaate that he turned into a girl. i get lana is an annoying piece of shit for the plot device of turning him into what he dislikes the most, but that also means her face is what the reader dislikes the most until that point. and now we have to see her face for the rest (or seemingly majority) of the story??? fuckin miss me with that bullshit. im halfway and idk if ill be able to get through this

for once, i like the others that've been summoned with him, but he doesn't even go with them most of the time. and i feel like not investing even one point into attack is gonna bite him in the ass. and the harem vibes are starting idk if ill keep reading.

ch 29 (end of s1) -- super interesting!!! ticks all my boxes: strong, crafty yet considerate mc (like he's so considerate he became a TYCOON to buy the land of future dungeons to construct buildings around them as a front but also a cage for any monsters that MIGHT escape while he's in there??? fuckin goat), interesting and sensible politics/drama, capable female characters, non-stereotypical portrayals of other cultures, AND it explains why he has the maturity and build of an adult at four-heckin-teen (im with you jonathan who would believe he's a minor???) from the beginning! really unique take on the dungeon/awakening trope. looking forward to s2 :3

ch 17 -- i like her attitude -- kinda worried about how quickly she's had to adjust -- hope all the politics continue to get fleshed out more

ch 3 -- i have my doubts, but it's pretty solid so far. hopefully it only builds up ch 37 -- why yus gotta pick her up so much LOL they gonna have some alabama rumors goin in no time (ik theyre gonna come true eventually so might as well hint at it ig....) -- the knight captain is so cute tho!! he's such a sweetie, esp when they danced together. adorable. -- haresh (?) elf boy is my fave -- imperial family can go die, except for the queen cus she hasnt been outta pocket yet

how the fuck does he think he's hideous??? does the curse on him alter the reflection he sees? like what the actual f--? also how does a castle in a BARREN LAND sustain itself for seven years with no one remembering them? what about trade or stipends from the kingdom? royal court meetings and regional politics?? how do you explain this to the king when you just pop back into existence and expect to network again? im-- so confused. other than that tho, i like the characters. LOL.
