ch 40 i will never be the same after reading the novel i only resorted to reading the novel because the manhua takes too long to update (understandable tbh). it wasn’t as slow-paced as i thought it was. the storyline is quite compact, the chapters for the novel and chapters for the manhua have a huge difference (the whole novel only has 40 or so chapters and a few extra chapters). i’m so excited for how this manhua will turn out, i love the art style a lot
