This just started but I have chills. I have read numerous psychological comics, and my jaw DROPPED. I always guess what will happen, the usual “I love you so imma confine you” sort of rope, but this cult stuff is next level. I know I’m going to hell for enjoying these sort of stories, but they keep me on the edge of my seat. I can’t wait for what’s next!

This is sad, but so cute. Ugh, I’m glad things ended up well.

I loved this and here is why: the story was meant to be fucked up. If you think about things in a logical way, statistically most victims stay with their abusers. Sadly within the first week or two after leaving an abusive relationship is the deadliest time for them. Unless kyungsoo moved away in a witness protection program and completely start anew with a new name and everything he’d never be able to run away. He will always be found, always be stalked, and the family probably wouldn’t do anything else afterwards since “therapy didn’t work so what else can we do” sorta thing. Kyungsoo is seriously suffering throughout the whole series. It’s not like he ever forgave anyone, he settled. He settled for what seemed to be the safest outcome. If he was still with dong-hyuk, it’d be toxic still. I think people don’t realize how possessive and weird dong-hyuk got after everything, which isn’t his fault but he got fucking weird. Nobody was a good outcome but in Kyungsoo’s eyes yule’s the one place he feels safest, plus he loves giving Yule a hard time so he can do so forever. It’s sad, because kyungsoo will never be happy.
