So this was weird to me at first, but now because they explained the situation at the beginning I understand more. Oliver was a manipulative sly rat that is now rotting in jail. He sent Felix to Giovanni‘s company to get dirt on him. Oliver wanted Felix for himself when he first hired him to his company, but because his mother realized who Felix was (the legitimate heir to the company) she wanted to get rid of him, but Oliver (not blood related to his father) decided to take matters into his own hands and use this as leverage to cause harm to his family and manipulate him so that he would have no choice other than to co-operate with him. He has been living life as hell, but when he was put up to a job to retrieve information about Giovanni’s company, he went straight away in order to save his family. He met him at a bar and couldn’t convince him to stay and made a false confession to him “I think I’m in love with you” and that is the beginning of their history.

Oml so in the past. The seme and uke were rivals climbing to the top, plus they were both alphas. Obviously with that, they didn’t like each other cause they always wanted to beat the other person. Whenever the uke would get a girlfriend (an omega), this is where the seme would pair with all of his last girlfriends and throw them away. Making him after years of this keep happening (girlfriends leaving him for “reasons”) he gave up on Omegas and developed a strong hate towards them. Then they saw each other again after many years that has went by from high school days now going into work. The seme somehow made the uke start this “relationship” friends with benefits. Near the end of it because he was a bottom and all that, he started developing into a Omega and was afraid cause the only reason why the seme approached him was cause he was an alpha, plus he followed him around in highshool. Keep in mind at the ending the seme accepts what is happening to the uke, but is happy cause he can be with him finally cause he realized his feelings, but here is the thing... the uke knows nothing about what happened in the past about all his girlfriends leaving him was all due to the seme. This is just messed up. Oh ya because of the changing of the uke from an alpha to an omega, in the office when the uke brought his brother up away from an omega who was releasing pheromones, the brother stated smelling something sweet coming from him... and because he was so out of it.. raped his own brother.. but was stopped halfway by the seme (the only good thing he did)
