Story was a massive reach and didn't make much sense. Characters weren't explored enough. Flow wasn't that good and was unpleasant to read. Also no sex at all. No spice.

I think there is much more potential to this story than what was shown. They completely forgot the emperor's relationship with his son. The emperor changed his abusive behavior towards the honored guest, but never his kid. I wish they would've also grown together and become more of a family. Just left me feeling a bit cold.

the names were really strange and the story just went to shit over time with plotholes, abuse, rape and it never got fixed. just red flags till the very end
