The fair invasive person calling a native his slave rubbed me the wrong way, very strange. The story was badly written with many plot wholes and the relationship development made no sense. The translation could be at fault since it was quite bad. They never go into the spicy scenes, nor tell how a human can have sex with a mermaid. It truly wasn't worth all this time. The ending fucking sucked lol

I think there is much more potential to this story than what was shown. They completely forgot the emperor's relationship with his son. The emperor changed his abusive behavior towards the honored guest, but never his kid. I wish they would've also grown together and become more of a family. Just left me feeling a bit cold.
