Doctor seme fell in love with asshole uke while in medical school, was dumped and ghosted, only to discover the uke is marrying his sister years later and having a kid. He still has feelings but moved on, trash uke keeps coming to his hospital and seduces him, cheats on his wife and seme betrays his sister. Horrible storyline, good art though!

some good angst! kou definitely should not have played and used nobu like that, but i’m glad they had a happy ending!! nobu not wanting to let himself get hurt again made my heart tighten, after seeing kou cheat on him :(
