I'm not one who dislikes "slutty uke's", but it's so weird to me that people are labeling Sehyun as one. He's an abused, manipulated, disenfranchised guy doing what he thinks he has to for survival. The fact that he's self-harming and having nightmares about his past proves he's a victim to his lifestyle and not someone choosing it because he enjoys it. Anyway, I think Boris is underdeveloped as is the romance between him and Sehyun in general, but their family and friends are so well-developed that I can't help but love this one.

Yet another story that tries just to justify the seme's abusive behavior by giving him a tragic past. I don't fucking care if abusers had an abusive past, it does not absolve them of their crimes. I am so sick to death of this trope. And I get that the uke is going through a difficult time but he sobs and cries more than he ever talks and just comes across as totally pathetic and kind of stupid. The art is lovely but the story does not appeal to me, personally.

FINALLY, a webtoon that doesn't feel like wattpad shlock. The length is justified, the art is beautiful, and the themes are complex. Truly a poignant, riveting read.

There's nothing all that groundbreaking about this one, but it has a gentle tone that I really enjoy. The seme, especially, is a wonderful combination of doting and protective but feisty and stern when he needs to be. The art takes a pretty big dip in quality in the second season. Even so, I'd happily re-read it again.
