It starts with being pressured to get drunk, then being raped while drunk. In later chapters it's claimed that he asked to have sex while drunk, but that's still rape so it isn't really excused at all. Also in later chapters the seme is abusively controlling, won't let Hosik have friends or leave the house and always stalks Hosik. It weirdly pretends to be a fluffy story though?

This is deadpan comedy. But I mostly just feel bad for him, he has no family or friends and he's not capable of being close to other humans anymore.
