As a trans guy this hit harder than I expected.
I shouldn't have doubted the impact of those 6 chapters; "it's just 6 chapters how much damage can they do" I WAS A FOOL.
My stomach hurts. Chapter 4 was SICK. And I theorized it but the man that saved Arima being Taiga's DAD!?!?!? AND THATS WHY HE MISSED HIS WIFE'S DEATH?? FUCKKK THE MISUNDERSTANDING KILLS ME.
I'm upset. But the premise was beautiful. The characters were beautiful. It's a masterpiece. Definitely something that also needs rereading; I will definitely buy a physical copy.
