Ch16- mc is a detective who is given a unsolvable case, he want to help the victims but he doesn’t have the power. He meets the ml who is the administrative part of the detective force who offers him a deal that if he gives himself to him, he will help him with any case. So he does, he didn’t expect the mc to hav sadistic tendencies, he himself is confused on why he submits to how he treats him.
